Refund policy
At Vesper Science, we stand behind every bottle. Our goal is for you to feel genuine results. If you don't, we will make it right.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If after 90 days of consistent daily use you do not notice meaningful improvement in your peri-menopause symptoms, we will refund your purchase in full. No need to return opened bottles.
How to request a refund:
- Email us at [hello@vesperscience.com] within 60 days of your first order.
- Share a brief note about your experience so we can continue improving.
- We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Unopened Products
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or unopened product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Unopened bottles may be returned at your expense.
Subscription Orders
Subscription charges are billed automatically on the date your renewal ships. To avoid being charged for a renewal you do not want:
- Pause or cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date through your account dashboard or by emailing [hello@vesperscience.com].
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under the 90-day guarantee if it is your first order.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"
- Third-party accessories
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately at [hello@vesperscience.com]. We will work with the carrier and replace your order at no cost.
Clinician Evaluation Fee
If our clinician determines Vesper Science is not appropriate for you during your intake review, you will not be charged for the product. There is no evaluation fee.
