Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is not yet available, but we are working on it.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Discreet Packaging
Every Vesper Science order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The return label lists our fulfillment partner, not Vesper Science. Your privacy matters to us.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard.
Delivery Issues
- Package marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors and your mailroom, then contact your carrier. If the issue is not resolved within 3 business days, email us at [hello@vesperscience.com] and we will help.
- Damaged package: Photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the order at no cost.
- Incorrect address: We ship to the address you provide. If the address is incorrect, we cannot reroute a package in transit but will work with you to resolve the issue.
Holiday Shipping
During high-volume periods (Black Friday, December holidays), processing times may extend by 1–2 business days. We will communicate any delays through email and on our homepage.
